After opening the link, the user sees the page of billing departments that take responsibility for payment issues. It is enough to find in the payment history the name of billing center for problematic transaction and contact the relevant department. Depending on the convenience, the contact methods vary from e-mails to phone numbers.

Contact by social media

As the reserve means of communications, social network chats can also be used for contacting – the full list of them is available on the bottom of the page. Or, they may also collect recent news for the platforms, updated databases by the visitors and other helpful information.

Although for the social networks such method can be somewhat awkward, it still allows to give a brief situation overview and attach some additional files as a proof. The response will be back pretty quickly, allowing to figure out the cause and possible solution for the problem.
